PART-A
Consequent
on upgradation/downgradation of HSG-II Accounts Line posts as
communicated vide Circle Office, Establishment Section Memo No.
EST/Union Items/2012 dated 17/9/2013 and in continuation
of this office memo of even no dated 17/7/2013 the competent
authority has ordered the following promotion in the cadre of HSG-II
APM Accounts line in the pay band-2 Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade pay
Rs.4200/- to the following LSG APM Accounts official and allotted to
the region shown against the name as below immediately and until
further orders.

The
above official may exercise option for fixation of pay under provision
of FR 22(1)(a)(1) if they were not granted MACP-II /MACP-III previously
with in one month from the date of assumption of charge in the
promoted post.
If
any disc cases are pending against the promoted official, he should not
be relieved on his promotion and the same may be intimated to this
office.
In
case any official declines promotion an unconditional declination
letter may please be forwarded to this office/Circle office for its
acceptance without any delay.
In
case the official declines promotion, an unconditional declination
letter may please be obtained immediately and to be forwarded to this
office for its acceptance. If any official declines promotion, he / she
should note that he / she is not eligible for promotion to the cadre of
HSG-II (Postal) for a period of 1 (one) year either on regular or
adhoc basis from the date of declination. Further, the official who
declines promotion will not be considered for financial upgradation
under MACP Scheme, if any due, as per the existing rules / instructions
till they accept promotion.
The
Division/Unit heads concerned are requested to relieve the
officials immediately with a direction to join in the promotional post
of HSG-II cadre on or before18/10/2013. The date of joining of officials in the HSG-II cadre may please be intimated in due course.
PART-B
The
competent authority has ordered the following transfers in the cadre
of LSG APM Accounts line immediately and until further orders.
