In continuation of this office memo no.ST/92-1/2013 dated 30/5/2013
the competent authority has ordered the following re-allotments in the
Cadre of Assistant Superintendent of Post Offices and allotted to
Regions mentioned against the names of the officials with immediate
effect and until further orders.

City Region with immediate effect and until further orders.

The Postmaster General, Kurnool Region, Vijayawada
Region, Vishakapatnam Region & Hyderabad Region will issue necessary
posting/relief orders to the officials allotted to their regions.
The officials in Part –II may exercise option for fixation of pay
under provision of FR22(1)(a) (1), if they were not granted
MACP-II/MACP-III previously, within one month from the date of
assumption of charge in the promoted post .
If any Disc cases are pending against the promoted official ,he
should not be relieved on his promotion and the same may be intimated
to this office.
In case the official declines promotion, an unconditional declination
letter may please be obtained immediately and to be forwarded to this
office for its acceptance. If any official declines promotion, he /
she should note that he / she is not eligible for promotion to the
cadre of ASP for a period of 1 (one) year either on regular or adhoc
basis from the date of declination. Further, the official who
declines promotion will not be considered for financial upgradation
under MACP Scheme, if any due, as per the existing rules /
instructions till they accept promotion.
The Postmasters General are requested to issue posting orders to the
officials by 6/9/2013 and instruct the Divisional Superintendents
concerned to relieve the officials with a direction to join in the
promotional post of ASP cadre on or before 5.10.2013. The date of
joining of officials in the ASP cadre may please be intimated in due
course.
The official should accept/ decline the promotion unconditionally in
writing within one month from the date of issuance of this order.
Charge reports may be sent to all the concerned . Sd
