Dear Comrades of Telangana Postal Circle to note that,the fallowing D.G. rule for formation of separate "Telangana circle union" with in 3 months from the date of bifurcation(i.e.01-07-2016)of A.P.Circle :---
According to CCS,RSA rules 1993 and related rules & instructions, which will take effect from 5th november 1993 and compilation of instructions on matters concerning service associations in Department of Posts,D.G (P) No.10-1/2004-SRdt.25-06-2004,p
"An elected divisional secretary may be permitted to represent both the divisions when a divisional is bifurcated up to a period of three months from the date of bifurcations which is considered adequate for establishing a new branch or electing new office bearers. Similarly an elected 'Circle Secretary' may be permitted to represent to bifurcated circles for a period of three months" only.
In view of above cited directorate rule, the AIPEU Grop-C "TELANGANA CIRCLE UNION" will have to be formed before the date of 30-09-2016.
