Pemission to the candidates who are appearing for combined graduate examination on 26-10-2014.
Comrades,
               On persuasion with the circle adminstration by the circle coordination committee(NFPE).Circle office has issued orders through email dated 21-10-2014 to exempt from the duty of invigilation to the officials who are appearing for graduate examination on 26-10-2014.Leave has to be granted to the officials by the competant authority.

CONFEDERATION ALL INDIA TRADE UNION WORKSHOP AT BANGALORE ON 5TH & 6TH JANUARY 2015

Two days All India Trade Union Workshop of Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers will be held at Bangalore on 5th & 6th January 2015. COC Karnataka will host the workshop. Total number of delegates will be 200. Affiliated organization-wise delegate quota will be published shortly. Delegate Fee is fixed as Rs. 600 (Rupees Six hundred only) per delegate. Meeting of the COC held at Bangalore was attended by Confederation CHQ leaders Coms: S. K. Vyas, K. K. N. Kutty, M. Krishnan, M. S. Raja, Vrigu Bhattacharjee, Giriraj Singh, R. N. Parashar, P. Suresh, R. Seethalakshmi etc. Detailed circular will follow.

JCM STAFF SIDE NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 11TH DECEMBER 2014 AT NEW DELHI. WILL DECLARE JOINT PROGRAME OF ACTION ON CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES COMMON DEMANDS

JCM Staff Side leadership has decided to organize a National Convention of all Central Government Employees (Railway, Defence & Confederation) on 11th December 2014 at New Delhi from 12 PM to 4 PM. Convention will adopt a joint resolution on the common demands of the Central Government Employees viz; Merger of DA, Interim Relief, Inlcusion of GDS under 7th CPC, Scrap New Pension Scheme etc and will declare joint programs of action. Further details regarding number of delegates to be participated from each affiliated Organisation & State C-O-Cs of Confederation will be published shortly.

Sub: Grant of Children Education allowance/Hostel subsidy to third child when first / second child is not in a position to go to school due to severe disability.

References have been received from Zonal Railways seeking clarification regarding admissibility of Children Education Allowance / Hostel Subsidy in respect of third child of the Railway employee when the first / second child is not in a position to go to school as he/she is born with profound mental retardation or is totally invalid and cannot even go to a school meant for the special children.


2. The matter has been examined in consultation with DOP&T, the nodal Department in respect of aforesaid policy and they have intimated vide OM No.A-27012/1/2014-Estt(AL) dated 26-08-2014 that Children Education Allowance/Hostel Subsidy shall be admissible only for the eldest two surviving children except when the number of children exceeds two as a result of second child birth resulting in twins or multiple births. Copy of DoP&T’s OM is enclosed for information and guidance of all.

3. This disposes of CORE’s letter number E/O/39 dated 05-06-2-2014 & ICF’s letter number PB/WI/Misc/2014 dated 09-06-2014 on the matter.

You are all aware that on 04.12.2014 “Massive Parliament March” is to be held as decided by our Postal Joint Council of Action.

Our federation has decided to stimulate the participants to the tune of 20000 on behalf of NFPE and our AIPEU Group ‘C’ is put in to the responsibility of a target of not less than 4000.

The following quota is fixed taken into the proportion of membership of the circles, distance & other constraints all Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries are requested to ensure to fulfill their share. All Circle secretaries may please redistribute further to divisions/Branches as per their local conditions.

Third phase of PJCA Program – Relay Dharna in front of all CO / RO from 27/10/2014 to 31/10/2014: All Circle Secretaries/ Divisional, Branch Secretaries will make this program a great success.

CONFEDERATION DECLARES NEXT PROGRAMME OF ACTION

TWO HOURS MASS SQUATTING OF NOT LESS THAN 3000 EMPLOYEES AT EACH STATE CAPITAL AT A CENTRALLY LOCATED IMPORTANT PLACE ON 18.11.2014


CCGEW has   decided to further intensify the campaign and agitational programmes against the Government’s attitude towards the legitimate demands of the Central Government Employees. It is decided to organize two hours MASS SQUATING of not less than 3000 Central Government employees on 18th November 2014, at a centrally located important place at all the state capitals. Effort should be made to ensure maximum participation of Lady Comrades in the programme. Next phase of action will be decided after successful implementation of the above programme.
