Sub:- Request for immediate appointment of Adhoc Committee for formation of Telangana Circle union.

Dear Comrade,

     The Department of Posts has bifurcated the A.P Postal circle into two circles i.e. A.P Postal circle and Telangana Postal Circle with effect from 01/07/2016 vide directorate OM No. 38-3/2014-PE-II  Dtd. 01-07-2016. Accordingly the A.P postal circle union has also to be bifurcated into two Circle unions immediately .But it seems that our circle secretary is not interested to bifurcating the circle union immediately and a notice has been served to hold the CWC meeting on 26-07-2016 instead of holding council meeting which is unconstitutional.  And he is also adopting unfair tactics to drag the issue, In this regard Com.Krishanan wrote a letter in the year 2014 to Circle secretary and stated that to hold circle council meeting to work out the formalities and convey the decisions taken in the council to CHQ for immediate formation of separate circle.

     Therefore it is requested your immediate intervention is necessary for appointing of Adhoc Committee for formation of Telangana Circle for avoiding further delay.

       The Addl.charge of CPMG of Telangana Postal circle had been assumed by Sir.Dr.Y.P.RAI on 

15-07-2016 and options also called for “Circle cadre posts” an 15-07-2016 by the administration the last date of options is 22-07-2016.

     Keeping in view of the above and strengthen the origination   of AIPU Group-C it is great necessary to form Telangana Circle Union immediately.

     It is once again requested the CHQ to intervene immediately and appoint Adhoc committee  for formation of circle union of Telangana and avoid unnecessary delay.
