Vacant Posts for more than one year shall not be revived - Orders of MOF

 It was ordered vide Dept of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance OM no 7(1)E.coord/2012 dated 01.11.2012 that posts that have remained vacant for more than a year shall not be revived except very rare and unavoidable circumstances and after seeking clearance of Dept of Expenditure.
